  • 200g spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. 1Cook 200g spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente — 8 minutes
  2. 2Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat — 1 minute
  3. 3Add 3 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant — 1 minute
  4. 4Add 200g mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque — 4 minutes
  5. 5Pour in 1/2 cup dry white wine and let simmer until reduced by half — 3 minutes
  6. 6Stir in 1/4 cup unsalted butter and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes — 2 minutes
  7. 7Season with salt and black pepper to taste — 1 minute
