Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- 1Cook 200g spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente — 8 minutes
- 2Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat — 1 minute
- 3Add 3 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant — 1 minute
- 4Add 200g mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque — 4 minutes
- 5Pour in 1/2 cup dry white wine and let simmer until reduced by half — 3 minutes
- 6Stir in 1/4 cup unsalted butter and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes — 2 minutes
- 7Season with salt and black pepper to taste — 1 minute
- 8Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine — 2 minutes
- 9Finish with 1/4 cup fresh parsley and juice of 1 lemon — 1 minute
