Ingredients (one per line)
200g spaghetti 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels) 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Salt to taste Black pepper to taste 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions (one step per line)
Cook 200g spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente — 8 minutes Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat — 1 minute Add 3 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant — 1 minute Add 200g mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque — 4 minutes Pour in 1/2 cup dry white wine and let simmer until reduced by half — 3 minutes Stir in 1/4 cup unsalted butter and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes — 2 minutes Season with salt and black pepper to taste — 1 minute Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine — 2 minutes Finish with 1/4 cup fresh parsley and juice of 1 lemon — 1 minute
