Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- 1Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them — 5 minutes
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat — 1 minute
- 3Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant — 30 seconds
- 4Add broccoli, red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the pan — 2 minutes
- 5Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp — 3 minutes
- 6Add the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to combine — 1 minute
- 7Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the stir fry — 1 minute
- 8Toss everything together to coat well and season with salt and pepper — 1 minute
