Ingredients (one per line)
1 cup broccoli florets 1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup snap peas 1 carrot, sliced 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil Salt and pepper to taste Cooked rice for serving
Instructions (one step per line)
Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them — 5 minutes Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat — 1 minute Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant — 30 seconds Add broccoli, red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the pan — 2 minutes Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp — 3 minutes Add the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to combine — 1 minute Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the stir fry — 1 minute Toss everything together to coat well and season with salt and pepper — 1 minute Serve hot over cooked rice — 1 minute
