  • 100g calamari, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente — 8 minutes
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat — 1 minute
  3. 3Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant — 1 minute
  4. 4Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer — 2 minutes
  5. 5Add shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet, cook until shrimp are pink and mussels open — 5 minutes
  6. 6Stir in cherry tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 3 minutes — 3 minutes
  7. 7Drain spaghetti and toss with the seafood mixture — 2 minutes
