Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g mussels, cleaned
- 100g calamari, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 1Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente — 8 minutes
- 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat — 1 minute
- 3Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant — 1 minute
- 4Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer — 2 minutes
- 5Add shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet, cook until shrimp are pink and mussels open — 5 minutes
- 6Stir in cherry tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 3 minutes — 3 minutes
- 7Drain spaghetti and toss with the seafood mixture — 2 minutes
- 8Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately — 1 minute
