Ingredients (one per line)
200g spaghetti 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined 150g mussels, cleaned 100g calamari, sliced 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/2 cup white wine 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions (one step per line)
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente — 8 minutes In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat — 1 minute Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant — 1 minute Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer — 2 minutes Add shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet, cook until shrimp are pink and mussels open — 5 minutes Stir in cherry tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for an additional 3 minutes — 3 minutes Drain spaghetti and toss with the seafood mixture — 2 minutes Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately — 1 minute
