  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat — 5 minutes
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper — 2 minutes
  3. 3Place the sliced tofu in the marinade and let it soak for at least 10 minutes — 10 minutes
  4. 4Remove the tofu from the marinade and sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides — 2 minutes
  5. 5Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side until grill marks appear — 10 minutes
  6. 6Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions — 1 minute
