Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- 1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat — 5 minutes
- 2In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper — 2 minutes
- 3Place the sliced tofu in the marinade and let it soak for at least 10 minutes — 10 minutes
- 4Remove the tofu from the marinade and sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides — 2 minutes
- 5Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side until grill marks appear — 10 minutes
- 6Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions — 1 minute
