14 oz firm tofu, pressed and sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions (one step per line)
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat — 5 minutes In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper — 2 minutes Place the sliced tofu in the marinade and let it soak for at least 10 minutes — 10 minutes Remove the tofu from the marinade and sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides — 2 minutes Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side until grill marks appear — 10 minutes Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions — 1 minute
