  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Cook pasta according to package instructions — 10 minutes
  2. 2In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons miso paste and 2 tablespoons soy sauce — 2 minutes
  3. 3Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat — 2 minutes
  4. 4Add 1 pound sliced chicken sausage to the pan and cook until browned — 6 minutes
  5. 5Stir in 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant — 1 minute
  6. 6Add the miso mixture to the pan and stir to combine — 1 minute
  7. 7Add 1 cup chopped spinach and cook until wilted — 2 minutes
