Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1Cook pasta according to package instructions — 10 minutes
- 2In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons miso paste and 2 tablespoons soy sauce — 2 minutes
- 3Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat — 2 minutes
- 4Add 1 pound sliced chicken sausage to the pan and cook until browned — 6 minutes
- 5Stir in 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant — 1 minute
- 6Add the miso mixture to the pan and stir to combine — 1 minute
- 7Add 1 cup chopped spinach and cook until wilted — 2 minutes
- 8Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, tossing to combine — 1 minute
- 9Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with 1/4 cup sliced green onions and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds — 1 minute
