Ingredients (one per line)
8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine) 2 tablespoons miso paste 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup spinach, roughly chopped 1/4 cup green onions, sliced 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions (one step per line)
Cook pasta according to package instructions — 10 minutes In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons miso paste and 2 tablespoons soy sauce — 2 minutes Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat — 2 minutes Add 1 pound sliced chicken sausage to the pan and cook until browned — 6 minutes Stir in 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant — 1 minute Add the miso mixture to the pan and stir to combine — 1 minute Add 1 cup chopped spinach and cook until wilted — 2 minutes Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, tossing to combine — 1 minute Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with 1/4 cup sliced green onions and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds — 1 minute
