  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 for juice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) — 5 minutes
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper — 2 minutes
  3. 3Place 4 salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper — 2 minutes
  4. 4Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets evenly — 2 minutes
  5. 5Layer lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets — 2 minutes
  6. 6Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill and 1 tablespoon capers (if using) over the salmon — 1 minute
