Ingredients (one per line)
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 for juice) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped) 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
Instructions (one step per line)
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) — 5 minutes In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper — 2 minutes Place 4 salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper — 2 minutes Brush the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets evenly — 2 minutes Layer lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets — 2 minutes Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill and 1 tablespoon capers (if using) over the salmon — 1 minute Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork — 15 minutes
