- 1 lemon, zested and juiced

Instructions
- 1Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat — 1 minute
- 2Add 12 ounces frozen broccolini to the skillet — 2 minutes
- 3Sauté broccolini until heated through — 4 minutes
- 4Add 2 cloves minced garlic to the skillet — 1 minute
- 5Stir in the zest and juice of 1 lemon — 1 minute
- 6Season with salt, pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (if using) — 1 minute
- 7Toss everything to combine and cook for an additional minute — 1 minute
