12 ounces frozen broccolini 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon, zested and juiced Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions (one step per line)
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat — 1 minute Add 12 ounces frozen broccolini to the skillet — 2 minutes Sauté broccolini until heated through — 4 minutes Add 2 cloves minced garlic to the skillet — 1 minute Stir in the zest and juice of 1 lemon — 1 minute Season with salt, pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (if using) — 1 minute Toss everything to combine and cook for an additional minute — 1 minute
