Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) — 10 minutes
  2. 2Rinse the turkey under cold water and pat dry with paper towels — 5 minutes
  3. 3Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, ensuring even coverage — 5 minutes
  4. 4Place the turkey breast-side up in a roasting pan — 2 minutes
  5. 5Add chopped onion and minced garlic around the turkey in the pan — 3 minutes
