Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper — 2 minutes
  2. 2Coat the diced chicken in the flour mixture — 3 minutes
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat — 2 minutes
  4. 4Fry the coated chicken until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side — 8 minutes
