Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- 1Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot — 5 minutes
- 2In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth — 2 minutes
- 3Add cornstarch mixture to boiling broth, stirring constantly until thickened — 2 minutes
- 4Reduce heat to low, and slowly drizzle in beaten eggs while stirring gently — 1 minute
- 5Add sesame oil, white pepper, and salt to taste — 1 minute
- 6Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot — 1 minute
