Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine 1 cup fresh parsley, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt — 5 minutes
